Reset password


Please enter your user name and the e-mail address you used for your customer data. After you have pressed the Submit button you will receive an e-mail with a link for changing your password in the PowerPanel. Until the password has been changed, the old password remains valid. If you don't receive an e-mail within the next ten minutes, please retry the Forgot Password function. In case you have forgotten your user name, due to security reasons we require a copy of the contract partner's passport together with a short notice by fax or post. We will contact you subsequently.
